J.J.A. Muñoz Dist. Inc. has been operating out of El Paso, TX since July of the year 1999. We have been serving the entire continental United States with dependable on-time delivery services. We have a $250,00 cargo insurance policy and our fleet of late-model tractors and 53’, air-ride, logistic trailers, both Dry-Van and Refrigerated, will suit any need your cargo may entail.
We have our own warehouse, which makes it possible to offer trans-loading, storage, and lumper service to loads originating and finalizing in Mexico. The warehouse is also used to combine freight for all your LTL needs, allowing us to offer the best rate possible.
Here at J.J.A. Muñoz Dist., Inc. we understand that our customers’ needs are our up-most priority. We pride ourselves in working hard to maintain our customers’ trust and ease their stress. You can rest assure that if we are under your load, your load is well taken care of.
Our fleet consists solely of late-model tractors and trailers. Our eldest Tractor is a 2006 model-year, and our Trailers do not pass 2 years of age. We do this because we understand how frustrating it is to have a tractor breakdown in the middle of a line haul. Now, while we cannot guarantee we will not breakdown, you can be assured that we will do everything possible to get your load back in transit. In the past, we have taken the loss to insure our customers’ needs are fulfilled.
Our Staff consists of employees whom have been in this industry their entire lives. All of our Dispatchers have Over-The-Road Experience, so they understand first-hand what it is to be sitting in that Driver seat. All of our Over-the-Road Drivers and office personal are supplied with company cell-phones and are available 24-hrs a day.
